No background image in new tab

Name of the extension/theme in question: Clear New Tab

Your problem/suggestion/question: I have been using the Clear New Tab ext. for a while now when it just quit working, with it on I get a blank window, no background pic. with it off I get my selected background along with Google.

Yes I checked and all of my pics were gone, so I removed the ext. and re-installed, no dice. 

No new extensions since it was working.

The extension works for me. Do you receive any errors?
