Every wallpaper disappears time to time on it's own

I don't know how but all my wallpapers just disappear from time to time and have put them in again. If this happens one more time I'm reporting this to google admin and removing it from my device due to the fact that I have to put back all the pictures again.

Yes, Chrome may decide to remove all the Clear New Tab (or any other extension that uses IndexedDB) data on whim. I wrote about this in the extension's description in Chrome Web Store. There's nothing I can do.
