problem with theme Neon Kingdom (orange; neon tabs)

Your theme is really simple and beautiful.

but i have a problem, the theme works on windows, but not linux Xubuntu distribution. I have not the orange color on the tabs, all is grey black with label in white

Yes, I know about this issue. There seems to be no way to fix this.
