Theme not displaying correctly

Nice theme, but the active tab highlight line is not at the top of the tab, but positioned slightly further down, just under top of active tab. Also, there is no space between the background tabs. The overall appearance is that the top of the active tab looks like it has been snipped off because of the highlight line just under top of tab instead of at top, and the inactive (background) tabs all look cramped. 

I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 11 Pro, 21H2. This issue also affects the neon kingdom rainbow themes. Is there any way to fix this?
