OLED Black Abyss theme with (insert colour) active tab

The darkest right now is Black Abyss 1:00 AM but I need a theme with true black as in OLED Black. Is it possible for you to make this section OLED black?

If you can do this then please have the OLED black theme work alongside all the different coloured active tab themes.
