How do i get rid of the thing in the search bar on firefox?

When i load a new tab there is a thing that block the start of the search bar saying this page was loaded from an extension. Looked in settings but nothing there

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but if you want to remove/disable an extension you should go to the extension page (about:addons) not the settings page.
