Results table: linking back to test page

The results table is a really nice view – I decided to link to it instead of embedding its contents. Then a link back to the test page would be nice, should one ever receive just a link to the results table and want to submit their own data.

True, we'd need to distinguish between the embedded case versus the non-embedded case, so that there's not a redundant link there to the page you're already on.. It'll be be pretty easy to add this =)
