Facing the issue while starting the server of browsermob-proxy

Hello Guys,

I am trying to connect to the server but am getting the issue of Failed to start.

This is my simple code:

from browsermobproxy import Server

server = Server(r"D:\browsermob-proxy-2.1.4\bin\browsermob-proxy.bat", {'port': 8739})
server.start()
proxy = server.create_proxy()
