I'm using the drupal browscap module, which updates on a cron. For some reason I was banned. Can you please reinstate the following IP: 13.91.53.34

Hi David,

Looking at the request log for that IP, it looks like you were downloading very regularly.

Please see https://browscap.org/#Rate-Limiting for information on how we rate limit. In reality, the files don't get updated much more frequently than once a month, so it is perfectly okay to only run the cron to check for updates once a day.

Additionally, rather than downloading the file every time, we encourage you to use the version checking URL first - details on https://browscap.org/

In the mean time, I have unbanned the IP, but please update your cron as above.
