Brownies-Collections JAR in Maven Central is not OSGI aware

Hello,

to allow brownies collections to be dynamically loaded in OSGI environments (Karaf etc.) the packages need to imported / exported correctly in the Manifest file.

Currently the Manifest is empty, which may lead to some trouble on lazy loading in OSGI.

Would be great if this awesome library could be adapter for OSGI usages ....

The newest release 0.9.21 of Brownies Collections has a Manifest with Automatic-Module-Name set and whic is OSGI aware .
