KC delimitation

First, I wanted to thank you for all of your help before with getting
Brownie to compile. Although your suggestion didn't work on my
computers, I have since gotten access to the HPC cluster, and have
gotten Brownie to compile on there, which is better and faster anyway,
so that's just fine with me.

Anyway, I'm interested in looking at the KC delimitation method a bit,
and I just wanted to check on how to actually run the species
delimitation in KC delimitation as opposed to the nonparametric
delimitation. Do I just turn COAL and MS to yes and do a heuristic
search, or is there something else I need to do as well to run KC
delimitation analyses? Thanks!

You should set coal OR ms to yes, not both -- Brownie uses just one.
Note that the ms option works a bit better (there can be an issue with
coal crashing with particular sets of inputs -- Brownie has loops to
try to deal with this, but ms happens to be more stable). Note that
coal and ms are used in the same sort of way (parametric method) but
coal gives direct likelihoods but ms is used with simulations to give
approximations to the likelihoods.

The LSU talk should be fun -- lots of good people to meet.
