Dear Brownie users and creators,
Brownie requires a time-calibrate phylogeny, but I read on O'meara'
website that it can also use a phylogeny with branch lengths (e.g., a
Maximum Likelihood). For almost all the papers that used Brownie I
read so far, time-calibrated phylogenies are used.
My question is: can I use a ML tree as an input tree for Brownie? I
have 229 tax on my tree. Thanks!
