Subject: Cookie Online Confusion

Hi everyone, it appears Online had a good run however there is confusion going on, including myself in regards to key in.  Then what is coming on the truck.

Please note, parents can go into the online system (non E-Budde) and see who ordered etc. however, this is new for all of us so I will print up as back-up.

Here it is in a nutshell, to find out what a girl sold online you go into eBudde for your respective Troop.  Click on reports, then DOC orders by Girls - that report has both shipped and delivered on it.

If you click on Reports, then Girl Delivery - Varieties only - By girl (last report option on bottom of Reports) it will reflect only the cookies (and kinds) coming on the truck for each girl who participated.  At the end of the sale (March 24th) more will be dumped into eBudde, those will only be shipped and/or GOC so credit can be given.

SHIPPED COOKIES ARE NOT COMING ON THE TRUCK, THEY WERE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!

What I am seeing is troop keying in all of the cookies sold online into Ebudde which is not accurate in regards to kinds coming on the truck.  I am aware of Council's e-mail.  Next year will be better.  SO in order to know what is coming on the truck, it will be needed to be reflected in addition to the amounts on the paper sheet they were to have turned in or a paper or whatever you required. 

At this point I have printed up the GIRL DELIVERED report by troop (20034, 20092 ....)  First year is always the hardest and confusing. If you have issues, just let me know.
