Are any of our girls planning to attend the ceremony on June 6th? Whether we attend or not, I suggest that we do something nice for Corbett. I believe we have enough troop funds to give her a gift card (REI?) and perhaps we can have the girls make a nice card. She will be teaching performing arts at a bigger school, so if you-all have any ideas for gifts that would help her succeed there, that would be super. Think about it and let me know.

Getting excited for JK this year-- hoping those thunderstorms hold off...

Hi - 

The 4th Grade Troop is preparing to donate for reception for end of year ceremony. 

🛑Not sure if there has been a decision made on menu items already  - but here is what I've requested from our parents:

Drinks (water/juice)

Fruit

Dessert Item (nut free)

$5 donation toward Pizza?

Plastic & Paperware Products

Volunteers for set up/clean up 

I'm sure we won't be able to provide enough to feed every troop member and family attendee .... but certainly enough to supplement what else is being provided.

I'm willing to work with anyone else coordinating food and beverages for their grade.   I spoke with Kenya (Gabby's Mendoza's Mom) already.  Please feel free to message me with any plans so far.

I also plan on being in attendance for set-up and clean up.

I hope I'm not late to the party and food arrangements have been made.....  If so, please let me know if you could still use anything I've requested.
