Agenda:

Movie Screening of The Lady will be held Wednesday, Oct 23rd from 7 - 9 pm in Sayles 205. We will be serving la phet thote and thai food. I need one or two people to help me with food stuff...

Here's what we need to do:

Anna - send Thaw Zin the poster to be printed out, publicize to Dean Almandrez and TWC's Asian Heritage Series, create facebook event page, take care of food

Tom - make sure we have a copy of the movie somehow, publicize at BPR

Amy - morning mail, Pan Asian Council, facebook event page

Eric - make sure we have a copy of the movie (help Tom...)

Peter - Publicize to Pembroke and freshman dorms

Thaw Zin - print out posters, set up a time to meet up to distribute posters

Bruno - publicize to BDH, Watson Institute, BRIO, Buxton

Son - publicize around campus, help with food ordering (?)

Posters need to go be distributed by FRIDAY.

ATTACHED IS A JPG OF THE POSTER.

Other non-pressing things:

Email list - needs to be sorted out with Christine, add everyone to the list

Reimbursements

Current events - there was a bomb at Traders Hotel (check out the link on Thawzin's FB page)

Change financial signatories

BCB Guest Speaker - we want the ambassador to come, but will also look into Daw Win Win Kyi as a backup; event will be 3rd week of November most likely

Can we meet in the blue room from 12-1? ThawZin if u can be there at that time people can just stop by to pick it up

All right, so the event is already on the events page, the Morning Mail has been submitted for approval, and I'll advertise during the PAC meeting on Sunday.
