Hey BCB members!
The activities fair is today in Alumnae Hall.
Here is the shift schedule:
5:45 - 6:30 - Tom, Thaw Zin
6:30 - 7:30 - Thaw Zin, Anna
7:30 -8:00 - Anna, Eric
For the opening shift (Tom and Thaw Zin) you need to sign in to get our table number in the foyer of Alumnae Hall at 6 pm or earlier, and set up the table. I have the Burmese flag, the T-shirts for sale, and tape. Eric has the poster board. Thaw Zin will bring a laptop with a few slides to show on the table. Let me know when you guys are free so I can hand over the items for setting up to you today.
If anyone else is free at those times, just come by to man the table for as long as you want :)
