Hey guys!
Super productive meeting last night!
Here's what went down:
Thingyan Event Planning Task List
Contact BRYTE - Tom will talk to Phil
Contact TSA - Son and Amy
Contact TWC - Anna
UFB Meeting Update - Bruno
Anna and Bruno will write up a short pitch to send to BRYTE and TSA and TWC, and will have this ready by tomorrow (Wednesday) night so that we can start contacting these organizations for help in organizing, funding, and marketing.
Date: 2nd Week of April (but it conflicts with Spring weekend! Need to talk about this more...)
Location: Pembroke field or Lincoln Field
Most of the funds will go into food. Some will be used for buying stuff to prepare for the activities, like soap soccer, a slip n' slide, water balloons, water guns (?), etc.
We will not have a meeting next Monday because of the long weekend, so we will be meeting next Wednesday (19th) to make up for it. Does that work with everyone?
Most importantly, Tom is very upset that Kendrick was robbed at the Grammys. Also, Daft Punk is overrated.
