related reading for Jie's talk

Here's some recommended related reading:

1) I highly recommend Logicomix (http://www.amazon.com/Logicomix-An-Epic-Search-Truth/dp/1596914521/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1366515934&sr=8-1&keywords=logicomix ). It is a history of logic that involves Russell, Hilbert, ... and of course Godel, in comic book form. 

2) Jie already mentioned this, but Godel, Escher, Bach (http://www.amazon.com/G%C3%B6del-Escher-Bach-Eternal-Golden/dp/0465026567/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1366516032&sr=1-1&keywords=godel+escher+bach ) is absolutely amazing.
