Exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells.
Exercise regularly to increase blood circulation, which carries nutrients to the skin.
Always wear sunscreen with spf 15 or higher to avoid sun damage which ages the skin.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, which are high in antioxidants. Also eat walnuts or take fish oil supplements which are loaded with omega 3.
Try not to go to bed with makeup on.
Apply moisturizer while the skin is still damp to lock in moisture and maximize softness.
Use eye creams or serums at night to nourish the skin while you are sleeping.
Drink lots of water, dehydration leads to dry skin and chapped lips.
Use a mild daily liquid cleanser that will wash away dirt and oil but doesn't dry out your skin.
Get lots of sleep. When you don't get enough sleep your body secretes extra cortisol which breaks down skill cells.
