Every morning I begin my day with a large green smoothie. Today I made a smoothie with 1/2 cantaloupe, 1 banana, coconut water, and lots of mixed salad greens. It was delicious!! My skin has never looked better! It's so important to eat healthy and pay attention to the ingredients of the foods that you are putting into your body. Feed yourself with healthy fruits and veggies....buy organic whenever possible! It costs a little more! but you are worth it!!
