Fwd: Parent and Community Survey Available Online

The Parent Community Involvement Task Force is working on an outreach program we hope will reach as many parents, caregivers,school community members, teachers, staff , family and friends of education.........they would love feedback from everyone.  The School Outreach Subcommittee is beginning with a survey.  It will be distributed in many ways through out our schools.  Please encourage your groups and all stakeholders to go on line and give their input.  Please post a link on your own web pages if possible.  You can find it by following the link below.

Thank you for helping to promote the distribution of the Parent and Community Survey.  Our goal is to increase community involvement and increase the success of all our students.

The survey will be translated by our Multicultural Department and the website will be updated when received.
