Hello All,

 

I am sending out invitations to anyone wanting to come to an open discussion about transition services and supports for individuals leaving high school in the next few years.  Specifically I want to have a discussion about college, vocational programming, living and social supports.   I have invited a group call Manna Autism Post Education Community to join us. While  working in the community for the past 15 years one thing I have realized is that it takes parents to get most things done and programs created.  This meeting will take place at our office on Thursday July 10^th from 7:00pm-8:15pm.  If you are planning on attended please rsvp to this email or call me directly at 954 262 7147.
