The Arc Florida has developed a link on their website to answer questions regarding the new tiers (below)  If you are currently on the Medicaid Waiver program, it is very important that you know what is being changed and how your child will be affected by the change.  It is also important that you file any complaint (if you are negatively affected) within 10 days of being notified of the negative change.  Please forward this information to anyone you know that might be affected.  We must get the message out to as many people as possible before the deadline for filing complaints is passed.
