Beautiful and elegant villa for rent located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo, about 3 km far away from the town.

The holiday villa rental is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants. The newly built vacation rental was realized using local and traditional Sicilian materials, as tuff and wood that make the rooms warm and cozy.

The holiday villa has a wide veranda with comfortable garden furniture which offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy moments of pure relax overlooking the private swimming pool, from here you can enjoy view of the countryside and the sea.

The vacation rental is set over one floor, overlooking the valley and Castellammare, while the gaze enraptured by such great beauty is lost on the dominant blue sea horizon.

Villa Mare e Monti was conceived by the owner as the residence for its family; it is composed of two units, almost identical, that create a unique building can accommodate up to eight guests.

If relaxation is what you are looking for and you want a bit of well-being, Villa Maremonti is the right place for you. In the garden of the park there is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests of the Villa, large and with a comfortable entrance staircase 23 meters long x 15 meters and deep from 1.20 meters to 1.60 meters. Half of the pool is heated in not so hot periods, there are various whirlpools where you can let yourself be lulled by the warmth and the sweet feeling of absolute rest with a view of the Apuan Alps.

It's a beautiful small, quite hotel close to the beach area with terrific stuff and kind attention to the guests. It has very good restaurant (may be the best for the surrounding area) with a day menu, what changes from day to day. We tried to find another place for the dinner but finally returned to the hotel and spend all evenings there with big pleasure. You can choose between swimming pool or beach, both of them are good for the relax.

How hotels used to be back in the days... very nice experience in this beautiful historic hotel. Great service and super comfortable and clean rooms. The restaurant was delicious too. Lovely swimming pool and right across the beach with an endless choice of restaurants and beach bars.

We stay in 4/5 star accommodations all over the world but this place is one of the best around. The Staff, The Food, The Restaurant, The Pool is absolutely Worldclass. The ambience at evening having dinner in the garden is like a fairytale. The Interior Design in the Hotel is Royal. The Owner and her daughter are most friendly, the reception very helpfull and very very friendly. Bernardo (?) from the restaurant also one of a kind in a very positive way. Thank You Bernardo! Room was great with very nice view on sea and mountains. The personal care and service of all staff was amazing. Thanks again to all of them. The hotel makes you feel coming home after a day out to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Carrara, etc

Booked with an organised a travel tour, and just our group at the hotel. Very pleasant family run hotel, with comfortable en suite rooms. Friendly, helpful staff making the stay welcoming and comfortable. We were half board, and the usual buffet breakfast, with the addition of delightful Italian pastries! The evening meals had a choice of three options, and found the food to be of a good standard, especially the fish dishes were excellent. Some people in our party were not prepared to try the local dishes, and did not like what was on offer. If you want steak and chips every night, stay at home! The hotel is in lovely grounds, and close to the sea. I would love to go back one day! Highly recommended

The villa is beautiful, it has a typical Italian style and amazing ambiance. The location is perfect, next to the sea.

The people in Maremonti were very kind, especially Agnese, who gave us a lot of amazing tips which restaurants, villages and beaches to visit, that really made our holiday great.

We stayed here with our children last week. The hotel is very nice an old villa with only 19 rooms. The pool is great for the kids, and there is a stone ping pong table on site which they loved! We were across the street from the sea, and there was a beach club that the hotel is affiliated with that was very accommodating (40 euros for a "tent" and 5 beach chairs). Lunch at the beach club was delicious. The hotel itself had marble bathrooms and a/c. Both rooms had balconies with views of the sea. The airline lost my son's luggage, and the staff at the hotel made numerous calls to locate it. They were helpful in every way. There are little grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, but the area is not filled with tourists. The hydrangea plants at the hotel were amazing. The grounds were wooded and really nice. Over all, a perfect spot! We also drove to Cinque Terre, which was less than an hour, and Lucca, which was only 45 minutes. We would definitely come back

We stayed 6 nights here after driving down through France and Switzerland. It was perfect for rest and relaxation, with high quality rooms, just as if staying in someone's private villa. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and very helpful. They spent a great deal of time on the telephone finding us somewhere to stay next in Tuscany, and all for no charge. Nothing here was too much trouble and everything is clean and tidy. The pool is brillinat with a dining terrace yards away for a leisurely lunch. If you want a change from the brillinat, but not cheap, hotel food, then pop 100 yards down the road to Pancino 2 restaurant on the other side of the road. Very good value and excellent food, serive and wine! We spent ages beforehand deciding where to stay in this area and this place exceeded all our expectations! We would highly recommend staying here.
