COVID-19 vaccines for the 2025-26 season will begin shipping to providers this week, and we will continue to ship orders as doses become available from the manufacturers. To ensure equitable access, you may receive your request in multiple shipments. If you need more doses than you initially requested, you can submit additional requests at any time. Submit your request in MIIC by clicking “request special event vaccine” and selecting the event titled 2025-26 MnVFC COVID-19 Vaccines.
You will receive a confirmation email when we process your order. Be ready to receive vaccine at your clinic one to two days after receiving the confirmation email. Providers can check the status and details of their COVID-19 vaccine requests in MIIC under “manage special vaccine event” throughout the distribution season.
