Level 3 and Level 4 Criteria are out for public comment
The proposed Level 3 and Level 4 trauma hospital designation criteria are posted on the Trauma System Hospital Resource website. We encourage everyone to review the recommended changes. Public Comments will be collected through November 17 via the public comment collection survey. Comments received will be shared with STAC for further consideration and possible action at the December 9 STAC meeting.
The last of the special sessions for Criteria Q & A will be offered virtually on November 6 from 9:30-11:00 am. The objective of the Q & A sessions are to answer criteria-related questions and provide clear, helpful information about the proposal. Please join the November meeting.

North Memorial Health Hospital, Robbinsdale
Level 2:
Mercy Hospital, Coon Rapids
Sanford Medical Center Fargo (Adult Level 1 and Pediatric Level 2) though outside of Minnesota's designation system, remains a vital partner in trauma care for our state and recently achieved ACS re-verification.
Level 3:
