Standpoint New Laws 2026
Registration is now open for Standpoint’s New Laws 2026 Training. New Laws is where critical information about changes to laws and policies from the past year is shared. Each year New Laws brings new updates and opportunites to learn about how these changes may impact victim/survivors, implications on the work and communities involved, and what practical tools and resources may help to be informed and prepared.

Call for Presenters: Building Bridges Conference 2026

Conference date: Tues., Oct. 27
The Sexual Violence Center (SVC) is hosting it’s third annual Building Bridges Conference with this year’s theme, “Disrupting the Status Quo, Redefining What’s Possible.” The theme encourages challenging systems, practices, and assumptions that do not serve survivors or communities. With that in mind, the Sexual Violence Center is looking for presenters who can offer practical, visionary, and community-rooted strategies for change.
Virtual training: Healing at the Intersection: Pathways of Support for Latine survivors of IPV
Esperanza United is hosting a training designed to enhance participants knowledge of intimate partner violence by identifying signs, how it impacts survivor’s health, and considerations for engaging with latine survivors.

Apology Letter Survey
Survey closes Friday, July 31
The Minnesota Department of Corrections Restorative Justice Program is inviting victims, survivors, and advocates to share their perspectives on apologies. The intention of the survey is for the Restorative Justice Program to learn about victim-survivor's apology needs to shape and provide incarcerated people with apology education. The survey does not ask for personal information and every item is optional.

The National Sexual Assault Conference (NSAC) brings together advocates and preventionists committed to ending sexual abuse, assault, and harassment. This year’s theme is “United in Purpose, Committed to Action,” which reflects everyone’s shared responsibility to transform collective knowledge, relationships, and resolve into meaningful action to end sexual abuse, assault, and harassment.
