Hi All,
Comedy Night is less than 2 weeks away! 41 Tickets have been sold, however, our goal is to break the 100 barrier. If you haven't purchased a ticket, please reach out to me and I'll hold a few for you.
Also, If you haven't signed up for a shift, please do so as the slots are filling up. Also, we'll need a few more donations of wine/beer and desserts so that we can round out the menu. Please click the google sheets link below for the most current listing.
Thanks and looking forward to the laughter.
Barry
And
Guys - Apologies for sending this on Shabbat....It appears this got caught in my drafts and was never sent out earlier in the week like intended....Sorry again for the late reminders...
If you can stop by the supermarket and bring a dessert that would be most appreciated as we are light in this area.
See you in a few hours....
Barry

Hi All-
While we discussed the details during last week's board meeting, many of you couldn't attend and thus wanted to ensure all received the update.
Overall, very successful event. Comedians got better as the night progressed, with the headliner making most audience members laugh out loud throughout his performance. We also had a nice bonus as a third comedian
was added to the slate at the last minute at no extra charge. Great variety of food and beverages. And everyone that I spoke with after the show commented about how much fun they had and what a great job the Brotherhood did in pulling together a wonderful
night out for the congregation (and community).
Highlights:
Over 90 tickets sold, over 30 50/50 tickets sold, and a net of nearly $1500 (funds raised)
Teen sitters did a nice job overseeing a few kids
Brotherhood crew well organized, show ran as smooth as ever, and we cleaned up in record time (in bed by around midnight)
A few minor tweaks for the next time around - music during cocktail hour, backdrop for stage, and more audience participation (although Q&A at end was good). Please share any other suggestions as well to help make the follow up even better.
Thanks again to all who attended and helped out at Comedy Night. You are the reason why this event (and all others) are so enjoyable to attend and coordinate. Looking forward to the next one.
