Sub-Distribution of Product List & Tracking Sheet

Hello folks!

 

Attached you will find the working list of eligible Food Bank partners who can contractually share and receive surplus Food Bank food from FBST partners.

 

• You may not share Food Bank food unless you have signed this agreement AND you may not receive Food Bank food unless you have signed the agreement.

 

• The recording keeping of where Food Bank food is sub-distributed is the sole responsibility of the partner that is sharing.

 

• Food Safety, safe transport, and food recall is the responsibility of all parties.

 

And as a reminder, this is only to be used if there is an excessive amount of product that cannot be safely distributed in a timely manner to the community. This is not intended to be used on a regular basis to share product.

 

We will resend as more partners sign.
