NO! We will never pool funds together. If we need more than one lender

What if something happens to the house I'm lending on?
We always keep valid hazard insurance on all our properties and each
and every lender on the property will be added to the policy as a
mortgagee.
Is my money "Guaranteed"?
We never offer to "guarantee" our lenders investment as that may
violate federal or state rules and regulations related to securities.
We sign as trustee or president of our Corporation on all of our
