We've made real progress. I walked out of my apartment this
morning at 104th & West End Avenue, and spotted four yellow
taxis. Two were accessible. Walked another block: There was
a green accessible taxi. This is unprecedented and a
testament to all the work everyone's done over the past
years!
There's more work to do, of course, but we've come a long
way. Now let's get these rules passed this Wednesday so we
get even more accessibility throughout the yellow taxi
