Hey Skillshare Friends,
Thanks to everyone who came out on this past blustery Tuesday eve for our first installment of Mini Skills (free monthly classes to supplemental our big day-long Skillshares in the fall) at LaunchPad (a free community space in Crown Heights). Greg Glassman from Fire Island Beer Company and Anthony Mohen taught the essentials of kitchen science on how to brew your own beer! Beers were drank, fermentation was discussed, and fun was had by all!
In fact, turn out was so well that we are definitely considering having another class sometime this spring for those who couldn't make it out that night. So stay tuned!
We are having an OPEN CALL FOR TEACHERS for the next Mini Skills the next few months ahead! Have a skill you want to share? Our next spot at LaunchPad is scheduled for Monday, January 10th from 7-9pm! Email brooklyns...@gmail.com if interested in teaching (no previous experience required)!
