We are super pleased to announce we have a date set and a venue locked down for the 2nd Annual Brooklyn Skillshare! 

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! THE NEXT BKSS IS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9TH, 2010!

Please salute our host this year, The Brooklyn Community Arts & Media High School (also known as BCAM) in Bed-Stuy:

Brooklyn Community High School for Communication, Arts and Media (BCAM) sets high goals for its students and its staff - academic rigor combined with artistic discovery and disciplined self-expression. Although the school’s potential for success has not yet been fully realized, since its opening in 2007 demand has steadily increased for this unconventional high school, where educators and artists work in tandem to enrich, and engage, their students.

HUGE thanks to principal James O’Brien for being behind the BKSS credo and goal and allowing us to host it at his school this year, as well as thank you to Elise Pelletier, who taught silk-screening at the first BKSS AND is an art teacher at BCAM!
