It was good to see so many people out on the Sunday Run.
For anyone interested in testing themselves on Sunday. There's a group usually meets at the Park Circle entrance on the loop at 8am.
They are building up for the Manhattan Half. This week 2 loops (first one ~21 minutes, second one ~19 minutes)
next week I think it's 3 loops.
I can not keep up for the whole thing but it's interesting to try and also learn how it changes from week to week.
