Hello, Classmates!

You've probably seen the BPAA letter (below) but, just in case, here's a black and white version. 

Wow! Our 55th is just about here! Thursday, May 2, 2024! What a great chance to see each other again!  We chat a bit on this Google Group or on the Facebook page but there is nothing like seeing each other and to greet each other with a hug!!

Yes - still crazy after all these years!  And, we can prove it!!!!!

In the past, as I recall, a few hours before our Mass, we've gathered at the Old Town Bar at 45 E 18th St, New York, NY.  And, for the most part, most of those gathered have managed to head over to our Mass!

You guys are alive in my heart!  The other day, my grandson, totally our of the blue, asked me to be his sponsor for his Confirmation.  I was choked-up; speechless (at least for a few seconds).  As I later thought about that and imagined me standing there with my hand on his shoulder I also imagined you guys, standing behind me, with your hands on my shoulder - a cohort of love and warmth.  I've been blessed enough to have never lost the connection with you guys!  

I have to add that within the serious image of that cohort is a voice, maybe of Geraghty, certainly of more than one of you, chiming in with some sort of quip that leaves everyone rolling with laughter; true Class of 1969ers!!!

I hope to be able to see all of you!  I have my flight set.  If there's one of us that I've missed, not all of our class members subscribe to this group, then feel free to contact that guy directly.
