Apache ICLA's and Account Creation

Alex, Aled and Richard,

As initial committers for the Brooklyn podling, you need to file
ICLAs. Guide for that here:

Andrew Kennedy - you already have an apache.org account, so we will
get you setup with the appropriate permissions once the repositories
have been created.
