Group spam

Hi P4 group - 

A spammer got into the group overnight; this seems to be the new "thing" for them, to advertise duct cleaning via neighborhood groups.  I have changed the settings so that new member emails will be moderated to avoid that going forward.

With that said, I am no longer in Precinct 4 (Bowker was moved to P3) and would be happy to turn the group ownership over to someone in P4 who is interested in maintaining the group.  If you're interested, let me know.  Otherwise, the group will continue to exist!
