Puppet showplace puppeteer seeking short-term spare room

🎭 🏡 Do you like Puppet Showplace Theater and supporting puppeteer artists? Do you have a spare bedroom to house a visiting puppeteer from out of town from Feb 12-20? They need a private bedroom to recharge between shows, kitchen privileges, and T/walking distance to Puppet Showplace Theater in Brookline Village. They can provide comp tickets (and a backstage visit if desired) as a thank you. Here's a bit about the artist and the show. 

A little about Ash, the artist in need of hosting:

Ashley (Ash) Winkfield (xe/xem or they/them) is an accomplished puppeteer and has worked on projects you might even have heard of, including Basil Twist's Rite of Spring, and as a Little Amal puppeteer on the recent Walk with Amal tour of NYC, a powerful giant puppet spectacle aimed at bringing attention to the needs of refugees. Ash grew up in North Carolina, New York, and Boston, and is a graduate of Boston Latin. They are organized, professional, and conscientious, and we appreciate you considering welcoming them!

A little about the performance:

Ash is joining us to perform as a puppeteer in Magic Pearl, a shadow puppetry tale drawn from Chinese folklore: Dragon and Phoenix transform a stone into a magic pearl through hard work and love, then must reckon with change when their pearl is stolen, and ultimately changed forever. Magic Pearl will include multi-textured puppets as well as a live original score for flute, cello, and marimba.
