Hey everyone!

We will be having another Waukesha Sam’s Club Cookout on Sunday, August 22nd from 10:00am-6:00pm. Last year we profited more than $900. We will keep it much simpler this time, so our goal is to profit more than $700. We will have four 2-hour shifts. We need 6 players per shift, so we would likely need each player to work at least 4 hours, and 1 other parent (besides my mom) for each shift.

We also desperately need one grill. If someone could deliver the grill by 9:00am and pick up the grill before 6:00pm, or use their pick-up truck to drive our grill there, that would be extremely helpful. If we do not have a grill, we cannot have the cookout.

If there are any families that would like to provide baked goods, packaged in $.50 or $1 sizes, ready to sell, that is pure profit. Any baked goods can just be brought on the day of the cookout.

Please email me with the shift(s) you would like, and whether you can provide a grill. All other details will be taken care of.

Thanks,
Kelly Brusky

9:40am-noon

Hi,

We are out of town that day, but would be willing to donate baked goods ready to sell.
