The IAA is proud to be a certified Good Wages choice employer. The Good Wages Initiative certifies, celebrates, and showcases Marion County employers committed to providing full-time employees both a wage of at least $18/hr and access to employer-sponsored health insurance benefits.


IAA offers three medical plan options (PPO, HSA Core, HSA Saver) through Anthem where preventive care is paid in full. Employee contributions are broken down into bands based on salary. With the HSA Core plan, employer provides contributions.


IAA offers two dental plan options for employees to choose from as well as single and family options through Delta Dental. Basic and major services are covered for your choice of an in-network or out-of-network provider plan.


Free healthcare services for employees on any of the Indianapolis Airport Authority medical plans, Marathon offers freestanding, interconnected health centers strategically located throughout the Indianapolis area with expanded hours on evenings and weekends and access to care teams including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, nurses, behavioral health counselors, physical therapists, registered dieticians, health coaches, certified diabetes instructors, and more.


Up to an annual amount of $5,000 to help pay for care for immediate family members of eligible employees age 62 or older to enable the employee to be gainfully employed, for the primary purpose of assuming the immediate family member's social/emotional wellbeing.

On November 12, 2020, the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury finalized the Transparency in Coverage Rule that requires health insurers and group health plans to create a price comparison tool and post publicly available machine-readable files that include in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services, including prescription drugs.

A-B Tech and our certified flight-training partner, WNC Aviation, prepare students for a variety of aviation and aviation-related careers with commercial airlines, general aviation, the aerospace industry, the military, or state and federal aviation organizations.

Graduates of the A-B Tech Aviation Career Pilot pathway who hold a commercial pilot certificate (license) can qualify for the Restricted Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (R-ATP) which allows them to become airline pilots with reduced flight hours.
