Bronx Food & Sustainability Coalition Meeting

Working meeting:  Attendees will pair off into two groups and work on the following initiatives:

1) Agrotourism committee

2) Community Board-Food Liaison (Food Policy/Food Access Committees)

 

1) Are you interested in urban agriculture/community gardens?  Join our agrotourism committee!  This summer, New York Botanical Gardens/Bronx Borough President's Office and Bronx Food & Sustainability Coalition will launch six trolley tours focused on urban agriculture, local restaurants and food and environment related activities. Get involved!  Attend a meeting or join us on conference call!

 

2) Are you interested in food policy issues? Join us as we prepare for our upcoming community board/district managers presentation scheduled for April 6, 2011!  We would love to hear your valuable feedback and ideas!  In addition, we are looking for someone with awesome powerpoint skills to create a powerpoint presentation. Get involved!  Attend a meeting or join us on conference call!
