If you are providing care and supervision to non-relative children from more than one family in your home or non-residential facility for periods of less than 24 hours, then you will likely need a license. There are specific instances outlined in law which allow some child care providers to legally operate without a license. These providers and facilities are referred to as license-exempt.

Running settings and other settings:
There is option in UI - user interface that made all characters run together with same speed
find portrait of running person and change it with arrows to pic of 2 guys - i call it travel together because that what its doing
if you travel thru the water or not using my pathfinding mod in swamps you can consider option sprint
option walk is good for disguises, but i m not big fan of RNG related to disguise system
Travel in long distances:
When you wanna reach to some specific town or point in the map it's good to know how
instead of clicking in middle of town icon click on town stairs icon or around town
this way you will avoid few bugs related to walking to someone house in middle of night
or losing road by characters who don't know if they go to 1st floor or parter
2. character inventory and loadout:
Here thing is relatively easy every single person should have: Medkit, food, backpack
slower characters should wear wooden sandals
optionally:
splint kit and robotic repair kit, sleeping bag, crossbow ammo, anti-acid optional wear
Every crafter should wear backpack - weaponsmiths need bigger ones
for loadout:
Every character have own minimal and maximal speed
strength level determine how much character can carry without being slowed down
Shek and humans can use wooden sandals to boost their speed
there is Arrow in UI (left-bottom corner) that allow you to see speed of each person
your goal is to manage loot/bounties in a way that equalize your speed to slowest person
Scorchlander and Hive worker start with minimal speed of 80 instead of 70 for most people
they can be loaded heavier in early/midgame thanks to it
Hivers have maximum speed 140 and can be loaded heavier in lategame i usually send hiver or scout 1st when i need to talk to shopkeeper or pickup somebody
Carried body is +30kg on your character

Can you babysit without qualifications? In most places around the world, you do not need specific qualifications to babysit. However, most parents will choose to hire a person who has at least a First Aid Certificate over a person who does not.

Some dangerous circumstances that a child may find him or herself in are obvious ones and would need no training to react. For instance, if a child is reaching for a hot stove or crossing a busy street without the aid of a grown up.

It absolutely it his managers place to tell him to arrange his childcare. Why should he be getting paid to work from home with a baby to take care of. Usually most employers have a policy you cannot work from home without childcare in place.

Another great response and guidance from Alison. Would just add that, based on what is described in the letter, it sounds like the manager should also be raising expectations, with clear metrics, *now* for Larry to improve on meeting deadlines and being available for work. Not yet to 100% of what would be expected in non-pandemic conditions, but it sounds like Larry is currently falling far below what is expected, and he needs to hear that now, as well as to start making at least some marginal improvements prior to the end of the year. Again, this can and should be framed without reference to situation with his child, manager can highlight their flexibility for when work gets done (ie outside of 9-5) but that it does need to get done on a reasonable time frame.

Honestly though how can she make it unpleasant? If you have someone truly untouchable, already missing deadlines without consequence, that works from home, he hat tools do you have? Make him listen to a lecture every time? Impose additional deadlines and check ins that he also blows through?

Programs, activities and employment opportunities in the Illinois Department of Human Services are open and accessible to any individual or group without regard to age, sex, race, sexual orientation, disability, ethnic origin or religion. The department is an equal opportunity employer and practices affirmative action and reasonable accommodation programs.

Texas specifies how many children you can care for in your home without registering with the state or getting a family childcare home license. It is important to adhere to these laws to avoid having your babysitting business shut down and your reputation tarnished as a childcare provider. In general, Texas requires you to register or license your childcare home if you care for more than four children at a time. If you provide regular child care for one to three children, you may have to list your home with the state.

Regardless of where you live, there are some tax forms you should know about. These forms report your income from babysitting. You, the IRS, and potentially your state will all get copies, so the tax authorities know how much money you have coming in.

In the United States, the legal babysitting age varies across different states. However, most states do not have a minimum age requirement for babysitting. However, there are two states that have established a minimum age for babysitting. In Illinois, the minimum age to babysit is 14 years old, while in Maryland, the minimum age is 13 years old. These age restrictions may be in place to ensure the safety and well-being of children under the care of babysitters, as younger individuals may have limited maturity and experience in handling the responsibilities associated with caring for young children.

Children of any age will experience a lot of infection in their first year of group child care. For kids whose first year of child care is during infancy, bouts of illness may be even more frequent. In fact, they may have as many as 8 to 12 more colds than a child cared for at home without exposure to siblings or other children.

Any child with respiratory illness symptoms (cough, runny nose, or sore throat) and a fever should not attend their child care program. They can return once their fever associated with these symptoms has been gone for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicine.

Children with the conditions below do not necessarily need to stay home from child care, as long as they feel wellenough to participate in regular activities. However, it also depends on whether staff members determine they can care for the child without compromising their ability to care for the health and safety of other children.

Fever in children older than 4 months above 101ºF (38.3ºC) taken from any site (axillary, oral or rectal) without any signs or symptoms of illness or behavior changes. Note: the child may be excluded if they have not completed the recommended vaccine series until it is clear that they do not have a vaccine-preventable illness.

Rash without fever and without behavioral changes. The exception would be a child with a new, rapidly spreading rash that resembles bruising or small red or purple 'blood spots.' In that case Emergency Medical Services (911) should be called.

All staphylococcal infections. This includes Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) carriers or children with colonization of MRSA but without an illness that would otherwise require exclusion

A: No. Most children will need individualized attention occasionally. If a child who needs one-to-one attention due to a disability can be integrated without fundamentally altering a child care program, the child cannot be excluded solely because the child needs one-to-one care.

A: Even if you do not have any disabled people in your program now, you have an ongoing obligation to remove barriers to access for people with disabilities. Existing privately-run child care centers must remove those architectural barriers that limit the participation of children with disabilities (or parents, guardians, or prospective customers with disabilities) if removing the barriers is readily achievable, that is, if the barrier removal can be easily accomplished and can be carried out without much difficulty or expense. Installing offset hinges to widen a door opening, installing grab bars in toilet stalls, or rearranging tables, chairs, and other furniture are all examples of barrier removal that might be undertaken to allow a child in a wheelchair to participate in a child care program. Centers run by government agencies must insure that their programs are accessible unless making changes imposes an undue burden; these changes will sometimes include changes to the facilities.
