The association has become increasingly concerned about the deteriorating state of Willesden Lane. Accordingly it has produced this document to set out its position on the areas of concern but also to set out what steps should be taken by stakeholders to halt the decline and re-invigorate the street.  Please let us know your views by commenting here.
