All the paintball party invitations on this page are available to print for free. You'll need to use Adobe to download them, and then you can insert your party details for your potential guests before you print them.
Card stock usually works best for durability, especially if you'd like to mail the invitations through regular mail, but you can print them on paper if you prefer. Each of these invitations measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches, which makes them a good size for guests to post on their refrigerators as a reminder of the upcoming event. Simply tri-fold each invitation and seal it in a business size envelope.

Paintball parties are a great idea for birthdays, corporate outings, and any group of people that want exclusive playing time. By booking a party, you only have to play with the people in your party. We assign a referee to your group that keeps everything safe and runs the games. We highly recommend parties for first time players because it provides a great environment to learn the game of paintball.
Once everyone in your party has arrived and has signed a waiver, we will give a safety briefing and then issue everyone their rental gear. Keep in mind that the waiver and safety briefing are required and must be done before we issue equipment. We recommend that everyone in your party arrives 15 minutes before your time slot begins to ensure everyone gets the maximum amount of playing time. Any party members that are using their own equipment will need to have the velocity checked on their paintball markers. We recommend that those players arrive early to fill their tanks and setup their equipment to avoid delay.

Some Points to Remember for your Birthday Party!
At Gulf Coast Paintball kids as young as 6 can play, but any player below the age of 18 will need a signed parental consent form. Now you can do your waivers in advance by using our On Line Waivers. And kids need to be mature enough to follow the safety rules, and large enough to handle the equipment. Some fields have a minimum age of 10, but we have just brought in some new guns, known as 50 caliber paintball guns that are much smaller to hold, and the paintballs have about 1/3 the impact, so even kids who are 6, 7, etc can enjoy a paintball party!
Every weekend across Australia Delta Force plays host to thrill-seeking groups of party people. To help you get the party started, we have a range of invitations for you to download, print and send around to your friends.

All Delta Force centres are complete with picnic tables for you to enjoy your birthday lunch. The base camp will be your headquarters for the day where you can purchase additional paintballs, food and drinks. Here you can also relax in between games and share your war stories from previous battles.

To help take the hassle out of organising your special day we have put together a few birthday invitations for
you to print off and send out. Please feel free to print off and send out as many as you like.
You can address the invitations by including the guest's name, followed by "Dear" or "To" and then the guest's name. If it's a family, you can address the invitation to "The Smith Family" or "Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Family".
Our scenario birthday party is a special game just for the younger player (older guests can play with the young ones, but the play strictly for the enjoyment of the younger players). This birthday adventure is two hours of play, approximately 5 games, with low impact paintball gear. The result of each game determines what happens the next game. It takes a minimum of 6 players for this party reservation and you may be playing with other birthday kids. These games start at 11am every Saturday and Sunday.
YES!!! Bring whatever you like (except alcohol). We have free water for drinking as well as beverages for sale including bottled water, soda, and gatoraid.
Bring your cooler and party favors! Want to make it a picnic? We have portable grills for cooking. Just bring charcoal (and something to cook).
You can choose how long you stay, but typically your party is about 3 hours. Scenario birthday parties will be about 2 hours play with short breaks, followed by party time. Regular play is about 3 hours, but you may take a break in the middle if you want. A few parties will show up early and eat first, but most wait until after they have played.

If you have 20 players or more, you are guaranteed a private party and will be split into two teams and only play with your group. Print at home or take files to a print shop(e.g. Staples, Office, Depot, Kinkos, Fedex Copy Center).Make sure your print shop opens the files in LATEST version of Adobe Reader. Any other program will ask for a security code.
You CANNOT print the files as photos at a photo lab(they are not JPEG or photo file types) or at online print shops. If you need to convert your file into a JPEG for printing purposes, please send us a support request and we will convert it for you.
