TheKansas Highway Patrol Crash Log allows you to retrieve preliminary injury or fatality crash information for 14 days from the event. Crashes may remain on the site for up to 30 days in the case where information has been updated.

Is it possible to add labels to my highway layer in my online web map that I am creating in ArcGIS online like the marker shields I am able to use in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop? Or does anyone know of a Living Atlas layer that includes highway labels (with marker shields) as a top layer? The labels that come with several of the basemaps/reference layers won't work because they are covered up by other layers I also need to include in my map. I have tried a few approaches but nothing seems to work for this specific labeling need. I am using Arcmap 10.6 or ArcGIS Pro 2.3.0. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I used the Streets Community custom vector basemap and in the designer I turned off all the layers other than the Road shields. Now I ended up with something like this (link to webmap) . You can use this layer directly by adding it to your own webmap. =88b8f632e95c4a67b350b2fa081951ff . I do not know if this will help. Also, if you want this layer to be on the top of all other layers, you need to use the new map viewer(beta) and you can easily drag the shield layer and put on top. Highway Use Tax (HUT) Web File is the easiest and fastest way to file a highway use tax return and make a payment. You'll receive an electronic confirmation number with the date and time you filed your return. You can also file now and schedule your electronic payment for a date no later than the return's due date.

The Tax Department annually reviews your total HUT liability for the preceding calendar year and notifies you if your filing frequency requirements have changed. Before you file your next HUT return, check your filing frequency (how often you must file your highway use tax return) to see if you should be filing less often.

Initially, you must file a HUT return and pay tax due on a quarterly basis, starting with the calendar quarter when you began operations in New York State unless notified by the tax department of a different filing requirement.

After filing quarterly for a calendar year, your filing period may change based on your total HUT liability for the preceding calendar year. If your total HUT liability for the preceding calendar year was:

If your business has more than 200 vehicles, you are required to upload your HUT return information. If your business has 200 or fewer vehicles, you can choose to manually enter or upload your HUT return information. Make HUT Web File payments directly from your bank checking or savings account at the time you file. There's no charge from the Tax Department. You can schedule your electronic payment for a later date no later than the return's due date.

If your payment doesn't go through or you submit the return without the necessary payment, don't mail a payment without contacting us first. Typically, you'll receive a bill in the mail for the missing payment within 30 days. Send the payment with the bill so it's processed correctly.

Print a copy of the return, it serves as proof you filed on time for the period. Don't mail it or anything else you print from HUT Web File to the Tax Department. It's for your records only.

You can Web File a final HUT return. On the Questionnaire page, answer yes to the question, "Are you permanently discontinuing your business for highway use tax purposes, and filing a final return?" and proceed with the Web File process. Once your return is submitted, mail your HUT and/or AFC Certificate(s) of Registration (TMT-7, TMT-7.1) to:

It's important to contact us to make sure there are no other delinquencies and/or bills still associated with your tax account(s). Filing a final return doesn't cancel delinquencies or bills. Also, depending on when we receive your final return, you may be required to file one more return.

Our new timed-entry reservation system is designed to make your experience more enjoyable, reduce your wait in line, and ensure there is available parking as you drive the highway. Guests will have a two-hour window to arrive at the Gateway. Reservations are $2 per vehicle. Reservations are non-refundable, however you may request to reschedule your reservation provided there is availability.

Purchase your one-day use tickets online or at the Gateway, including admission to explore the North Slope Recreation Area. Online purchases for one-day use tickets are valid for one-year from date of sale. No tickets are valid for special events.

Experience the majesty of Pikes Peak as a passenger! Secure your seat on a Pikes Peak shuttle bus and embark on a guided journey from Mile 7 on the Pikes Peak Highway directly up to 14,115 ft. Sit back, relax, and soak in the mountain's beauty as you ascend.

Shuttles will depart from Mile 7 on the Pikes Peak Highway, running round trips from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM directly to the summit. Riders will enjoy guided tours during the ascent, then have the freedom to explore the summit at their own pace before catching a shuttle back down, departing every 30 minutes until the final ride at 6:10 PM. Round trips are estimated at 80 minutes, but guests should allocate 3 hours for their mountain experience.

Only wanting to visit the North Slope Recreation Area? You do not need to make a timed-entry reservation. North Slope Recreation Area Daily Parking Permits are required in addition to admission fees.

It is recommended to purchase your NSRA Daily Permit in advance online to ensure you will have a parking spot at Crystal Reservoir. North Slope admission tickets can be purchased at the Gateway day of your visit.

North Catamount and South Catamount Reservoir Closure: Due to dam repairs being completed by Colorado Springs Utilities the North Catamount and South Catamount Reservoirs are closed for 2024 and 2025. Visit, South Catamount Dam Rehabilitation Project (csu.org) CRYSTAL RESERVOIR REMAINS OPEN.

A new visitor experience opened in June 2021. There is a new Summit Visitor Center with interpretive exhibits, caf, and gift shop. Outside features a fully accessible walkway system, paved and striped parking area, and interpretive elements across the summit.

If you are planning on traveling above mile 7 on the highway, you need to purchase a timed entry permit reservation and daily admission. If you are not traveling above mile 7, you need to purchase a North Slope daily entry permit and daily admission.

PPAM annual passholders that hold a Premier Individual Pass, Pikes Peak 14'er Pass, Pikes Peak 5-Trip Pass, or Pikes Peak Premier Vehicle Pass will not need to purchase a $2 time-entry permit if these pass holders are through the Gateway no later than 9 AM. For local passholders that are unable to get through the Gateway prior to 9 AM, these passholders will need to purchase a $2-timed entry permit. Local annual passholders entering the Gateway prior to 9 AM shall not park at the summit and take up a timed entry permit parking space. PPAM rangers monitor parking at the summit and maintain a zero tolerance approach with annual pass holders that choose to violate this accommodation. This regulation is in effect the Friday before Memorial Day through September 30.
