propose we have never had the challenge of a market like this before.
Property inventory in many areas shows more foreclosure short sale
offers than traditionally marketed homes which cause the serious
seller to compete with those offers.

In the past short while my business has become active so that I now
see interest in the market that seemed to be waiting it has now
started looking to become active.

Foreclosures and short sales are a financial maze that harms the
entite market. A lot of horor stories are circulating about these
properties folks try to buy that then stall at the lender and even
then the participant does not get the property.

Each home is a story unto itself.

As a broker, I want to be a service to the community I serve.
