Hi All,

 

Attached is the plan for morning of fun and games on Saturday! Looking at the weather forecast, it should be dry but may be rather cold, so we may have to cancel some of the water based fun and think of other games, but I think we can play it by ear. I would like to get the racing done definitely, so if it’s a case when we all get there that we think their keeping warm stamina may not be too long, maybe the race(s) can be done first or second.

 

Most things are ready from last time, we just need to get the stuff out – and put sponges to soak in dustbins, split coloured balls out into buckets, label up a sail and board for the quiz and set the buoys for the races. John A is going to sort out the bucket on the front of the boat again (and could you also check the radios are charged up!).

 

I’m going to aim to get there between 8.30 and 8.45 so should be able to get most things out, but if we could aim for a brief briefing at about 9.15, that would be good – just so we can work out who’s going to do what!

 

All timings are flexible on the plan, as is the order – there may be a certain amount of ‘play it by ear’ depending on the conditions and peoples availability etc.
