Hi All,

I just received this. Apparently someone has agreed the 21st July for a T15 event at Brog. Whoever has taken over the RYA interface for T15 and OB needs to let them know who they are. I am happy to relay info back, but something may get missed.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your emails about dates. Three of you wanted to do the Sept date so I took the first club that replied, I hope that is ok.

The dates and host clubs are outlined below. Please let me know if there are any issues.

Event 1 19 May - Lakeside
Event 2 10 Jun - Stanborough
Event 3 21 Jul - Brogborough
Event 4 23 Sept - Grafham

Thanks

Anna

Hi Mike

I believe John Andel made that offer to them… and in doing so notified them.

Hopefully he will see this and email them again to provide updated contact information.

Cheers

Barry

Thanks Barry,

I wouldn't want anyone to think I had got carried away!

You would love the challenge out here - typically 16 to 20 knots of wind, very lumpy seas and a (thank god) fairly friendly shore break. I am on a 4.7 sail - smaller than I have ever used before. It's a bit tougher than I had hoped for but after three days could gybe and come back without falling in. Water starting is getting really good. I have five sailing days left to try and look as cool as the locals. The slalom guys have to be seen to be believed - they sail around their way-out-to-sea course making it look like their private lake.

Not fair…

Sitting here… 2 x 26” monitors full of work to do…

About to rig several A4 sheets of paperwork, still I have coffee and bakewell slice…

FYI, as of yesterday, the  Brog area is officially in drought…

We just bought a paper to read that SE England is being issued with 4 minute egg-timers for their showers.

I knew it was dire because it took four months to fill two rain barrels on my allotment.
