Hello everyone,
The times and venue are now confirmed for the T15 meeting on March 1st.
Dave Barker has kindly agreed to host the event at Grafham. As most of the clubs are based over in that part of the region this seemed sensible. Apologies to the clubs based in the East of the region but there is no mid way venue. I have booked the meeting for 15 people which should be enough p[laces. It would be really helpful if you could confirm your clubs attendance and who will be coming. Please send this to me at this stage.
The meeting is scheduled for arrival at 6.30 for Coffee with the meeting taking place at 7.00.
I have agreed to chair the event and introduce Anna Bird the new regional competition organiser to the meeting. Anna is taking over from Graham Colam. You will have received an email from Gillian Wright at the RYA explaining some of the changes already. Anna and I will agree an agenda prior to the meeting and send it out. If anyone has any agenda items can they please send them to me.

Let me know if you want any support for this meeting? Not sure what i
can offer but willing to attend if that helps? If you both heading
there then i guess thats prob enough heads from Brog - they do seem to
have a cap of 15 for venue.

I am happy for both to attend with me if you wish, as long as that is allowed by the hosts of course, I am attending because it was suggested either myself or sam do, however, i have very little knowledge into the whole T15 thing and what went on previously etc, so any support is welcome!
Barry, will i see you there or were you planning to travel together etc?

Meeting is Thurs 1 March (not Sat!). Time 18:30 for 19:00hrs.
I have to miss a weekly gym/physio class to attend so if you are both
confirmed as attending i wont join in. If you want extra support as
one or both of you cant make it then let me know and i will head there
straight after work on Thursday as Grafham is in opposite direction to
home.
