But, now I'm having an issue figuring out how to make it a modifier like I want. I assigned the pinkie switch as a modifier in the "Modifiers Panel", but it's not acting as expected. I was expecting it to act as a temporary modifier like on the keyboard. Normally, on the keyboard, space is weapon fire, but holding RAlt and pressing space is Weapon Release, and as soon as you let go of RAlt, space reverts back to Weapon Fire, aka, a temporary modifier (modifies commands for the duration the key is held, reverts back on release)
That's what I was expecting to happen when I assigned the X52 pinkie switch as a modifier, but it's not what I got. When I press the pinkie switch, it does modify the buttons on my HOTAS, but it doesn't revert to standard upon pinkie switch release, forcing me to press the pinkie switch again to revert. This is super frustrating, as the only commands that I want under the layer of the pinkie switch are quick ones, and it's a little cumbersome to have to double-tap the pinkie every time.
In the few games I've tried, None of them make use of, or even register the pinkie switch as a button press, Let alone a "shift" style modifier. The mode switch doesn't seem to do anything either. Are there games that make use of this? Or some software that'll fix this?
If Joy.cpl (the windows game controller panel) see DX 6 when you press your pinkie button, then DCS should see that as well. If not there is something weird, maybe another profile is automatically loaded when you launch DCS? Dunno.
I had to do this today after a windows update messed up my setting. I had forgot the painfull process to set this (and mini mouse TDC Slew) but this helped me sort it out. It worked....
Also, FYI.... on my "Mode 1" profile remaining (I dont use 2 and 3) the PINKIE SWITCH "Latched" and "Fallback" are both checked off. (when you right click on pinkie switch) Nto sure if its relevant but it works. On my Windows USB controller settings I have UNCHECK "Enable Clutch Mode" but CHECK "Latched Clutched Button".
In DCS - I hit the pinkie switch then hit my other key (Ex. HAT switch R) for my Sparrows, then I hit the Pinkie switch again to turn the modifier off. Works just like I had it before.
I have tried and reinstalled with npm install -verbose --save [email protected] but I get No matching version found for [email protected]I don't understand to don't find more information on this problem that concern electron.I think I don't have the good pinkie folder, if anyone have a version of electron can he send me pinkie folder. Thanks for your help.
The database below represents all of the historical policy memos ("pinkies") issued by the State Personnel Board from 1960-2014. The database serves to provide departments and employee organizations information as to the current status of each pinkie and associated historical information. For any pinkie that is listed as "Under Review" in the Action column, it is currently being reviewed by our subject matter expert work groups (SMEs). The Action column reflects the recommendation that was received by the SPB from the SME work groups, but the final decision to revoke a pinkie or to pursue regulatory or new manual content adoption is solely that of the Board. The Action Date column reflects the date a pinkie was formally revoked by the Board or the date that the pinkie was adopted as rule or updated policy. If you would like to request a copy of any pinkie that is not currently posted to the database, please email your request to pol...@spb.ca.gov. Please include the date of the pinkie you need within your email message.
"How many people said to me, 'Great! But you know you can't win. Massachusetts is not ready to elect a woman,'" Warren says. "I thought about that and I thought, 'You know, I might not win. But I'm going to make every single day count.' Every time I saw a little girl, I dropped down on one knee and I would say, 'My name is Elizabeth and I'm running for the United States Senate because that's what girls do.' And then we would do a pinkie promise."
